Potassium-sodium silicate is one of silicic acid salts with chemical formula K2SiO3. Potassium-sodium silicate is a glass industry product obtained by thermal effect on mixture of potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate, and quartz sand. Main fields of application are welding electrodes production, paint industry, soaps, detergents manufacturing, and others.
